Clinical Quality & Performance Improvement Specialist

Ochsner Health System

Ochsner Health System in Shreveport, LA seeks a Performance Improvement Coordinator to collaborate with department leadership to identify, trend, and analyze clinical quality issues and drive resolutions. This part-time role manages data for internal and external reporting and contributes to accreditation activities. Required: an associate degree in healthcare or related field; 5 years of healthcare quality improvement experience; strong knowledge of regulatory standards; proficiency with #J-18808-Ljbffr
