Smart City Locating seeks a General Manager, Core Markets to lead and scale its high-revenue market. You will own day-to-day sales operations, convert leads into leases and home sales, recruit and develop Sales Managers and Agents, and uphold a five-star client and agent experience in every interaction.

You’ll drive KPIs, partner relationships, and talent pipelines to sustain market growth at scale. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales with leadership experience, a track record of driving
