Senior Project Superintendent

Overview We are currently seeking a Senior Superintendent for our Aviation Group in Pensacola, FL. Do you want to invest in the growth and progress of the next generation of construction talent? Responsibilities Planning and implementing construction means/methods for all aspects of residential high-rise projects, schedules, productivity innovations, and site logistics in the Chicagoland area. Selection of field site personnel. Monitoring job costs and productivity on projects. On-site coordination of manpower, materials and equipment. Developing, monitoring and executing the project construction plan and schedule. Supervising, training, coaching and mentoring field personnel. Demonstrating commitment to Walsh Safety and Quality programs. Organizing and coordinating all subcontractor activities. Project close-out; responsible for final inspections, deficiencies, warranty work and site demolition. Working with the Owners to ensure the projects are being built in accordance with the contract documents. Participating in development and review of work plans for major/high-risk activities.
