We're looking for an accomplished Aerospace Engineering Leader to lead engineering operations within a growing, highly regulated aerospace manufacturing environment.
This is an opportunity to have direct impact on engineering strategy, NPI, manufacturing readiness, production execution, and organizational growth.

What We're Looking For
12+ years of aerospace/defense manufacturing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Strong design + manufacturing engineering background
• Experience with NPI, tooling, production readiness, and engineering change management
• Experience in an AS9100-regulated environment
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain & Program Management
• Hands-on, operational leadership style with strong business judgment
