Maintenance Mechanic

Summary This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief Operating Officer, Superintendent Senate Office Buildings, Assistant Superintendent Facilities Operations Division, Maintenance Branch, A/C Evening Section and performs journey-level Maintenance Mechanic duties in electrical, plumbing and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). Requirements You must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement. You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT(S) required for this position. Screen-Out: Ability to perform Journey-Level Maintenance Mechanic work in HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing with minimal supervision.
