CNC Operator OpportunityCome grow your CNC career with a great company that values their employees and offers 100% company paid insurance benefits!Temp to hire opportunity with the company.Location: Mentor, OHPay rate: $18-$27/hour based on previous experience.Hours:First shift working from 5am to 2:30pm, Monday to FridaySecond shift working from 3pm to 1:30am, Monday to Friday (+$1 shift differential)Duties/Responsibilities:Operate CNC Mill machines, both horizontal and vertical.Load raw material (bars, sheet, plate steel, etc) with the assistance of an overhead crane as needed.Enter programs into controller, verify tooling and offsets.Review first part and obtain production approval from QC.Continue production run of parts, performing in process inspections.Complete all necessary documentation.Follow all safety policies.Interpret and execute written and verbal job instructions.Review drawings and blueprints.Skills/Qualifications:1 or more years’ experience operating CNC machines.Able to use precision measuring devices.Ability to setup CNC machines a plus.Basic math and computer skills.Able to lift 50 lbs. independently.High School Diploma or GED, required.Will be subject to pre-employment screening.Company Benefits include:100% paid Medical, dental, and vision insuranceHSA plan with company contribution401k plan with employer contributionHoliday Pay and Vacation timeAnnual bonusNesco Resource provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
