About the Role Key Responsibilities This position is especially well suited for candidates with sales experience in furniture, real estate, luxury retail, or the design industry, as well as anyone who has a genuine passion for interior design, home styling, and home aesthetics. Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner. Build relationships with clients and understand their furniture, home décor, style, and design preferences. Provide knowledgeable product recommendations based on customer needs, preferences, and budget. Educate customers about furniture features, materials, quality, care, and available options. Guide clients throughout the sales process, from initial consultation through purchase. Maintain strong knowledge of Ayla Home's furniture collections, products, pricing, promotions, and services. Follow up with prospective and existing customers to support sales opportunities and maintain positive client relationships. Meet or exceed individual and showroom sales goals. Maintain accurate customer and sales information as required. Assist in maintaining an organized, welcoming, and visually appealing showroom environment. Support furniture displays, merchandising, and showroom presentation when needed. Respond professionally and promptly to customer questions and concerns. Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional customer experience. Participate in product knowledge training, sales training, and other professional development opportunities. Perform other related duties as assigned. The expected salary range for this position is $25 / hour. The actual salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate's geographic location, relevant experience, and specific skill sets, in accordance with California laws.
