Learning & Development Analyst

Our client, a rapidly growing advanced manufacturing organization, is seeking a Learning & Development Analyst to join their Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining data analytics, learning technologies, and employee development to help build impactful training programs in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities: Analyze training data to measure program effectiveness and identify trends. Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders. Track learning metrics; including attendance, completion rates, assessment results, and learner feedback. Support training evaluations and measure learning effectiveness. Administer and maintain the company's Learning Management System (LMS), including reporting, course assignments, and troubleshooting. Coordinate logistics for instructor-led and virtual training sessions. Support new hire onboarding programs, training schedules, and learning records. Assist employees with learning platform questions and training resources. Help improve learning processes and enhance the overall employee experience. Partner with the Learning & Development team on continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2-5 years of experience supporting Learning & Development, training operations, HR analytics, or a similar function. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, dashboards, and Power Query. Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau is preferred. Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS). Experience applying Kirkpatrick model to evaluate training is highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Ellaway Blues Consulting
