The Role
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and risks
- Develop current-state and future-state process flows and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for process improvement initiatives
- Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Design and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions for process performance monitoring
- Support automation and optimization initiatives using various technology solutions
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operational excellence
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
- Experience with business process modeling, design, and project coordination
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Access, VBA, Python, or enterprise data platforms like Cloudera or Hadoop
