Member Engagement Center Manager

Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $72,000.00 - $87,000.00 / year.

The experience you need to succeed:

• One to three years of experience working in a banking or credit union environment, financial/sales call center environment preferred.
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
• Proven effective communication skills.
• Operate standard workplace office machines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.

• Hire, train, and develop staff
• Motivate employees to achieve department goals
• Ensure employee development and engagement through constant coaching
• Responsible to ensure a high level of member service is achieved and maintained
• Effectively live our mission by improving our members financial well-being
• Coordinates and facilitate regular team meetings and employee one on ones
• Monitor calls to observe employee demeanor, accuracy, and conformity to company policies
• Represent Credit Union in Professional manner, both in dress and in actions
• Comply with all regulations as required by law, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, FACT Act, GLBA, Regulation CC (funds availability), Regulation DD (TIS) and other regulations as required by law as it relates to his/her position.
• Understands the Bank Secrecy Act and how it is applied
• All other duties as assigned

This person is responsible for managing the operations of the Member Engagement Center, including achieving department goals, meeting service level standards, and coaching and mentoring employees. This person is also responsible to ensure that every employee is responsible for fulfilling our Mission statement to improve the financial well-being of our members, while providing world-class service.
