PupStars (dog daycare) has three words for you, small business, work ethic & integrity. There're a lot of benefits of working for a small business. We'd like to share some things people don't think about...

Everything you do counted on (your team & others rely on you to perform & perform well so it'll make their jobs easier while making you progress where you'd like to be in life)
Every decision you make helps those around you (when being asked to contribute your decisions have a direct effect on the success or failure of the business. Most never get a chance to see their contribution but at PupStars your voice is heard)
If you're scheduled to work it's because you're needed & counted on (when you're working & dedicating your time to your job the goal is going according to plan. When you're absent, a link is missing & things don't work as intended. Your presence means something. Don't let others down around you.
Your training is in-depth & thorough & we're there for you every step of the way until you're ready to perform.

We offer PTO, access to health benefits, company outings, end-of-year bonuses and more.
