Production Control Coordinator

Performs duties associated with production control.

Job Duties

• Coordinate shipping materials and trucking schedules
• Coordinate with other departments, outside vendors and/or suppliers regarding customer concerns, materials or quality concerns
• Compare, maintain, file and mail appropriate invoices and receipts to customer when needed
• Run daily reports
• Perform inventory audits and department audits when needed
• Complete all required system entries
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education

Perform work under general supervision. Handle moderately complex issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possess solid working knowledge of subject matter. Typically require a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 to 4 years of experience.
