Cardiac Acute Registered Nurse / RN - Full-Time Night Shift

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN or MSN preferred)
Active RN license in New Jersey
BLS certification required at time of hire
ACLS and Critical Care Course completion required within 12 months
Dysrhythmia course required within 6 months
National certification in specialty area preferred
8 hours of stroke education required annually
Must enroll in a BSN or MSN program within 6 months of hire (if not already completed) with degree completion required within 3 years

What You Will Do:

Deliver direct patient care to individuals with acute and complex cardiac needs
Monitor cardiac rhythms, perform assessments, and provide life-saving interventions
Work alongside providers to implement treatment plans and support recovery
Educate patients and families about cardiac health, procedures, and discharge planning
Ensure timely and accurate documentation using electronic medical records
Support a culture of safety, teamwork, and clinical excellence
