Modern Tools & Equipment
Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish.
Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, indoor air quality equipment, and related components.
Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications, local code requirements, and company quality standards.
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
Train and mentor installation helpers and apprentice technicians.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Complete installation paperwork accurately and on time.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every job.
2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
Experience leading residential HVAC installations
EPA Certification required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently while leading a team
Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
Takes ownership of every installation.
