Brand Ambassador

The Role We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and product-obsessed folks who want to represent amazing brands in the places they already shop, like Whole Foods Market and other local natural grocers. This is an opportunity that’s perfect for someone who thrives on conversation, believes in good ingredients, and wants to be part of a supportive, creative crew. Our ambassadors create memorable experiences for customers in stores, at events, and through social media. With an education-first approach, our ambassadors enter the field with confidence, ready with the knowledge and materials they need on day one. After your first month with the company showing us you can commit and confidently represent our brands, we open up the opportunities to also work events with us from guerrilla marketing, to exciting pop up social events, and huge trade shows! This role isn’t a typical gig job. Our Brand Ambassadors commit their time and energy to representing our partners and connecting their products with consumers. We’re not looking for someone to simply pick up a shift — we’re looking for someone who wants to actively help grow and champion these brands. While our scheduling is more flexible than a traditional 9–5, we provide structured opportunities that ensure our partners show up consistently and effectively in the market. What You’ll Do: Execute in-store demos ranging from 3 to 4 hours, or event-based demos ranging from 6 to 8 hours (once eligible) Engage with customers and sell product Share brand stories with heart and accuracy Build real connections with shoppers and store teams Track sales and field insights What You Bring: A warm, friendly personality and comfort talking to strangers Passion and/or previous knowledge about natural and organic brands The ability to manage your own schedule with a preferred availability of Thursday-Monday. Independence, excellent communication, and reliability - you’re the kind of person who commits and shows up Bonus points if you have experience in demos, retail, or field marketing (but it’s not required!)
