Receptionist-Community Recovery Center

Rome Health is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to support our outpatient substance use disorder clinic - Community Recovery Center.

This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for patients seeking care for substance use disorders.

Hours: Monday and Wednesday 8 am - 12 pm, Tuesday and Thursday 12 pm - 8 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and greet patients in a professional, compassionate manner
• Schedule patient appointments
• Assist with transportation coordination for patients
• Maintain filing and basic patient data tracking
• Provide general administrative support to the clinic team

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or administrative support preferred
• NARCAN certification is provided by the agency and required upon starting

Ideal Candidate should have the following:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with reception or front desk responsibilities
• Experience working with a Behavioral Health Population
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA and federal SUD regulations)
• Compassionate and respectful approach to working with individuals in recovery
