Location: Greater Milwaukee Area (New Berlin, WI) Compensation: $19.00 $20.00/hour Schedule: Full-time | 12-hour shifts (day or night rotation) Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO Important: No sponsorship is available now or in the future. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment
• Start, stop, and make basic adjustments to machines
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure product meets specifications
• Support packaging operations including labeling and final packing
• Identify defects or inconsistencies and take appropriate action
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues as needed
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging requirements are met
• Keep work area clean, organized, and aligned with safety standards
• Support team members and assist in other production-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts and rotating schedules
• Reliable transportation required
