What You'll Be Doing
• Welcome prospective and current residents with exceptional customer service
• Answer calls and respond to leasing inquiries
• Schedule and conduct community and apartment tours
• Present apartment homes and community amenities
• Assist with lead management and follow-up activities
• Support residents with questions and service requests
• Assist with day-to-day leasing office operations

What It Takes to Succeed
• Previous leasing experience
• Yardi (required)
• AppFolio (preferred)
• 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, sales, or related experience
• Professional and dependable work ethic
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new technology and property management systems
• Passion for delivering great customer experiences

Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout apartment communities
• Ability to tour apartments, model homes, and community amenities
• Ability to use computers and office equipment for extended periods
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs as needed
