Senior AI Growth Operations Lead

Rippling is seeking a senior IC on the Growth Operations team to design and deploy AI-powered agents and automated workflows across Marketing and Sales. You will embed with SDRs and marketers, build solutions in-house, and ship features that drastically improve conversion and efficiency. You will own data modeling, SQL dashboards, and cross-system data flows to train and improve AI systems, partnering with engineering and RevOps to extend Playbook and DemoTime with AI capabilities.
