Job Details Job Location: GOODLETTSVILLE, TN 37072, Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.00 Hourly. Location: 304 Northcreek Blvd. Goodlettsville, TN 37072. Pay Range: $17.00/hour + Uncapped Bonus Potential. What You’ll Do Assist patients in resolving outstanding medical balances via inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Educate patients on available payment plans, insurance claims, and financial assistance options. Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Maintain accurate records of all interactions and conduct skip tracing when necessary. Work in a collaborative team environment built on trust and mutual respect. Why Choose ACSI? What We Offer Competitive Pay: $17 hourly + Uncapped Bonus Potential Training Schedule: Onsite training Monday-Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM). Experience: Medical collections, healthcare billing, or call center experience preferred, but not required. Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of HIPAA, FDCPA, and insurance claim processes is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and multitasking. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism.
