At Serv-U-Success, our Regional Directors lead through people. In this role, I will be accountable for the performance, leadership, and culture of a region encompassing up to 40 retail locations. I will develop Field Operations Managers as strong people leaders and business operators, strengthen the leadership pipeline, and create greater consistency across every store in my region.

This is a highly visible, field-based leadership role—not a desk job. I will spend significant time in stores, observing the work firsthand, coaching leaders, strengthening customer relationships, and turning the practices of our strongest locations into repeatable standards across the region. My success will be measured by business results, the strength of my leadership bench, consistency of execution, and sustained customer trust.

The ideal candidate will live in the Indianapolis, IN Metro Area.

What I'll Do

• Lead regional performance across sales, execution, labor efficiency, quality, safety, compliance, engagement, and retention.
• Directly lead and develop Field Operations Managers, helping them become stronger people managers, coaches, and business leaders.
• Ensure Store Managers are equipped and accountable to lead daily operations, maintain store standards, and strengthen customer partnerships.
• Use business data and firsthand field observations to identify performance gaps, address root causes, and scale successful practices across the region.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline through talent assessment, succession planning, development plans, and meaningful coaching.
• Oversee regional workforce planning and labor strategy, balancing business needs, staffing resources, and cost discipline.
• Maintain a regular presence in stores to validate performance, coach leaders, reinforce expectations, and understand team and customer needs.
• Partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Training, and other support teams to improve hiring, development, engagement, performance management, and operational execution.
• Manage significant operational, people, and customer escalations that extend beyond the Field Operations Manager's scope.
• Lead consistent execution of safety, compliance, timekeeping, and risk-management expectations across the region.

What I Bring

• Seven to ten years of multi-unit leadership experience; retail, service, merchandising, or a related operating environment is preferred.
• A demonstrated ability to develop leaders, build succession pipelines, improve performance, and deliver results across multiple locations.
• Strong business and analytical skills, including the ability to translate performance information into practical action.
• Experience managing labor, staffing, operating costs, and performance across a geographically dispersed team.
• Confidence using business and workforce systems; experience with Microsoft 365, Power BI, ADP Workforce Now, or SubItUp is beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant leadership experience.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout the assigned region up to four days per week.
• The ability to work in an active retail environment, including standing and walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting or moving products and equipment in accordance with position requirements.
