You will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour Job Schedule Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology and communications location by carrying out site‑specific procedures and security-related policies. Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate security-related logs and records in accordance with site requirements. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, business areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns. Support emergency response activities and communicate professionally with site leadership, first responders, and Allied Universal supervision as needed. Minimum Requirements At this site there are limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks. Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Access control and badge experience preferred. Loss prevention experience preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
