Property Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Property Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $80,000 to $85,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of commercial properties and ensure assets are maintained to established standards.
• Coordinate maintenance projects, vendor services, and property improvement initiatives from planning through completion.
• Serve as a primary contact for tenants by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and supporting lease related matters.
• Monitor property financial performance by tracking receivables, account activity, and operational expenses.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to support portfolio objectives.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial property management or a related real estate role.
• Strong knowledge of property operations, tenant relations, and vendor management practices.
• Previous experience overseeing maintenance projects, service providers, and contract administration.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple properties, competing priorities, and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem solving abilities with close attention to detail.
• Prior experience working with property management software platforms.
• Bilingual language skills and project coordination experience.
• Proven track record of stability, professionalism, and increasing responsibility throughout a real estate career.
