- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician
- Current knowledge of laboratory policies and procedures

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform tests requiring limited skill and responsibility, exercising independent judgment as competency is demonstrated.
- Maintain accuracy in patient testing, quality assurance, proficiency, and competency testing.
- Utilize clinical and theoretical knowledge to analyze, investigate, interpret, and report lab data.
- Practice organizational skills for efficient management of time, materials, cost, and availability of lab data.
- Communicate effectively with team members by monitoring information and resolving issues as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
