Account Manager, Public Sector

Managing high-value client relationships, the full-time Account Manager, Public Sector will enhance revenue growth through customer retention and expansion efforts while collaborating remotely with the Global Sales Team. Key responsibilities Accelerate revenue growth by maximizing expansion opportunities through a solution-oriented approach Drive best-in-class retention and manage high-value renewals across the product portfolio Develop senior and executive relationships through effective engagement strategies Required qualifications 5+ years in account management, inside sales, or customer success within Department of Defense or Federal System Integrator environments Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and defense trade controls like ITAR Proven ability to develop effective internal and external relationships to achieve outcomes Experience with account planning and prioritizing customer engagements for growth and retention Track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals in a large Book of Business
