Human Resources Coordinator

Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) & Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) is an early intervention day treatment clinic for children with special needs. Once children are referred to MKSA/KULA by their primary care physicians, they must receive a developmental screening. They may then be scheduled for therapy evaluations at MKSA/KULA or provide recent therapy evaluation reports completed elsewhere. To receive Early Intervention Day Treatment (EIDT) habilitation services, a child must have a documented developmental disability or delay, as demonstrated by the results of an annual comprehensive developmental evaluation, and qualify for at least one therapy service. Those services include, but are not limited to, fine motor delays, sensory disorders, gross motor delays, speech-language delays, hearing disorders, feeding disorders, developmental delays, cognitive delays, and medical needs.

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department while serving as a resource for employees, applicants, and leaders throughout the organization. This position assists with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, HR compliance, and day-to-day human resources operations. The HR Coordinator helps ensure HR processes are completed accurately, timely, and confidentially while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a positive employee experience. This role also represents the organization at recruiting events and career fairs as directed by Human Resources and Marketing leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administrative, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• One (1) year of administrative, office, customer service, or Human Resources experience required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel locally to recruiting events, career fairs, and company locations as assigned.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
