LRSS is seeking people for our Direct Support Professional team who believe that everyone deserves the chance to live a rich, full life. We are currently looking for all shifts, morning, day, evenings and overnight. We are seeking experienced, reliable, friendly people to work with adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities in Langley Residential's group homes and community support program. Qualifications Be self-directed with a superior work ethic Be self-motivated Be experienced in providing skills training Be able to document activities and outcomes of individuals accurately Successfully complete a pre-employment screening, such as a background check, drug test, and reference verification Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Have a high school diploma or equivalent Learn more about our mission and work at langleyresidential.org.
