Job Overview
Don Rique is looking for an experienced, energetic, and personable bartender to join our growing team. We’re a fast-paced restaurant & bar focused on great cocktails, hospitality, nightlife energy, and creating memorable guest experiences.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has bartending experience in high-volume environments
- Works well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Has strong customer service and communication skills
- Can make classic cocktails consistently and efficiently
- Brings good energy, professionalism, and teamwork
- Is reliable, punctual, and motivated
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- Provide excellent guest experience and hospitality
- Handle cash/POS transactions accurately
- Assist with opening/closing duties and bar prep
- Follow all safety and alcohol service guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Weekend and night availability required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
