This role is responsible for driving operational readiness by partnering with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional Operations teams to identify risks, align stakeholders, and ensure launches are scalable, supportable, and successful. By serving as the bridge between Product and Operations, the Launch Readiness Manager enables seamless product adoption, minimizes operational disruption, and establishes continuous feedback loops that inform future product development. About the team: The team leads the successful launch and operational readiness of new products within Walmart Connect by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations. They focus on risk identification, stakeholder alignment, and scalable, supportable launches. Acting as a key link between product development and operations, the team ensures smooth adoption while minimizing disruptions. They drive continuous improvement through feedback that shapes future initiatives. Expertise in program management, stakeholder engagement, change management, and risk mitigation enables the delivery of efficient, high-impact business outcomes aligned with Walmart’s strategic objectives.
