Responsibilities Provide remote virtual group therapy to an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program. Conduct adult IOP remote group therapy on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5 pm to 9:30 pm Pacific Time. Each group day includes 30 minutes prep, three 50‑minute groups consecutively with 10‑minute breaks between groups, and 30 minutes documentation. Commit to 16–18 hours per week, including a 60‑minute weekly treatment team meeting. Provide care for clients with various mental‑health issues, including substance use. Collaborate with the Facility Treatment Team for continuity of care. Use innovative telemedicine approaches for patient care. Document patient interactions and maintain electronic health records. Active clinical licensure and experience in LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC. Comfortable with technology and distance‑based patient management. Experience with Substance Abuse and Chemical Dependency is a plus.
