This individual should possess strong communication skills, be open to giving and receiving constructive feedback, be adept at recognizing and celebrating the achievements of others, and have a genuine passion for our technology, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and teaching.YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT FOR THE TEAM IF YOU HAVE:An understanding of Snowflake's product in order to be able to provide guidance to navigate complex technical evaluationsDrive to enable, coach, develop and motivate a robust Majors sales teamDeveloped territories by planning strategically and effectively10+ years guiding Account Executives through complex legal and commercial negotiationsA customer first mindset to ensure successConsistently executed what is forecasted to senior managementUnderstand how to sell business value, using a repeatable processCoach reps on how to create urgency and deal controlIN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:Recruit and build successful sales professionals into high-performing revenue drivers for SnowflakeBuild cross-functional relationships with internal and external support teams & technical partnersInfluence go-to-market strategy for top tier financial services companies.Develop a team culture around Snowflake Core ValuesSell an industry changing and market defining productON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:BA/BS required15+ years selling Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or Applications Software10+ years managing a team of sales teamsHave sold to the Financial Services industrySold to CEOs, CTOs, Heads of Product, Engineering, or Data ScienceAbility to coach your team how to target and pursue an opportunity with our ideal customer profile within a complex sales cycleExperience outperforming targets as an individual contributor in an outbound roleAbility to coach AEs how to navigate commercial and legal negotiations when working with procurement, legal, and business teams.Ability to work with sales engineering managers and customers to inventory existing software state, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations to drive new logo acquisition.Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
