Experience: Graduate Nurse or Registered Nurse with less than 1 year of experience (from graduation to hire date) and no prior work in an acute care setting. Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers upon hire. Residency Commitment: Agree to complete the full 1-year NRP and commit to 1 year of work upon successful completion.
