VP, Field Sales, Corporate Payments, Boston/NYC (New York)

What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a VP of Field Sales within the National Team of our Payables line of business. This is a remote position covering the Northeast US, targeting candidates in either Boston or NYC. As the VP of Field Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of 7–10 Field Sales Representatives, helping them grow both personally and professionally while driving the team's performance to meet and exceed business goals. Your core responsibilities will include coaching, developing sales skills, refining strategy, and instilling a strong work ethic and customer-focused approach. You will report directly to the SVP, Payables and collaborate closely with the broader Payables field sales team.How We WorkAs a VP of Field Sales, you will be expected to operate in a remote work environment. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process.
