Come be a part of the team transforming the way cybersecurity is delivered.About the RoleWe are looking for a high-performing Senior Director of Sales to help drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by keeping iboss competitive and innovative in the marketplace. You will be responsible for maximizing sales team performance in a SaaS environment, developing strategic territory plans, and leading your team in penetrating and closing complex deals with C-level executives across enterprise accounts.ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed revenue targets by effectively leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales teamConsistently deliver against quota while developing net new logos and expanding existing accounts in a SaaS environmentDevelop and execute a strategic business plan that expands iboss's customer base and strengthens market presence across enterprise and federal sectorsLead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in partnership with cross-functional teams including Sales Development, Legal, Engineering, Security, Marketing, and ProductBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and positioning iboss solutions accordinglyPresent accurate sales forecasts, revenue reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadershipIdentify emerging market opportunities and competitive shifts, maintaining a deep understanding of the cloud security landscapePartner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies based on field insightsMentor and develop sales team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performanceQualificationsMinimum 5 -7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a senior sales leadership role in a SaaS or cloud security environmentProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growthExperience selling to C-level executives across enterprise and/or federal accountsStrong proficiency in Salesforce and other sales enablement toolsDemonstrated ability to lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through closeExcellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels of an organizationStrong business acumen and deep understanding of the cybersecurity or cloud technology landscapeOutstanding mentoring, coaching, and people management skillsCommitment to continuous learning through industry conferences, workshops, and certificationsBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) with company matchUnlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)Company-paid holidaysOptimistic, supportive, and fun work environmentThe duties and responsibilities described above are essential functions of the job.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or status as an individual with a disability.This position is not eligible for sponsorship of work visas.
