Constellation Energy seeks a Senior Staff Mechanical Engineer to lead complex mechanical design and reliability projects for power generation and energy systems. In this role, you will develop and optimize mechanical components and systems for utility-scale plants, perform advanced analysis (FEA, thermal, stress), and ensure compliance with industry codes and safety standards. You will guide concept through commissioning, troubleshoot plant equipment, manage vendors, and support root-cause investigations. As a technical leader, you will mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive innovation that improves efficiency, sustainability, and asset performance across our fleet.
