CNC Machine Operator

Legacy Staffing is partnering with a leading precision manufacturing company in Hudson, Ohio to hire experienced CNC Machine Operators .This isa firstshift opportunitywith a pay range of$22-28/hour based on experience and skill level.This role focuses onoperating CNC machines to produce high-qualitymachinedcomponents whilemaintainingsafety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC mills or lathes to produce precision machined parts
Review work orders, blueprints, and specifications
Load materials and set up machine tooling and fixtures
Monitor machine operation andmake adjustments toensure part quality
Perform basic machine adjustments and tool changes as needed
Complete production and quality documentation
Follow all safety procedures andmaintainequipment

Required Qualifications:

2+ yearsof CNC machine operation experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Ability tolift upto 50lbsand work in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experienceusingmicrometers,calipers, and other inspection tools
Forklift or tow motor experience
