What You'll Do

As a General Dentist, you'll lead patient care and clinical decision-making while partnering with a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding experiences and outcomes.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Indiana dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and clinical excellence
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
• Authorization to work in the United States

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose - kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team - delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining )
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Compensation

Earn up to $350,000+ annually, plus up to $50,000 signing bonus!
