Family Practice - With OB Physician

Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician with OB experience to provide comprehensive primary, acute, and maternity care in Washington s Tri-Cities region, offering the opportunity to practice broad-scope medicine, build lasting patient relationships, and make a meaningful impact in a close-knit community.

Must be able to do c-sections.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time Family Medicine Physician opportunity with OB responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary, acute, chronic, and emergency care
• Deliver maternity care and support inpatient, outpatient, and hospital-based services
• Maintain a diverse scope of practice including medical, surgical, and obstetric care
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare professionals
• Provide care across clinic, hospital, and community settings
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review programs
• Mentor physicians in training, PA s, and FNPs
• Enjoy a flexible schedule designed to support patient needs, hospital responsibilities, and professional development
• Serve a close-knit community where physicians can make a visible and lasting impact

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Active Washington State medical license
• Family Medicine training with OB experience
• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to comprehensive patient care
• Interest in rural medicine and caring for diverse patient populations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, staff, and patients
• Experience with electronic medical record systems
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive compensation: $260K - $300K annually
