We are looking for a dedicated  Housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas (interior & exterior) of our facility. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facility in clean and orderly condition.

Schedule: Full time days; 40 hours/week

BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleans assigned areas with proper cleaning products: resident units, patios, common areas, offices, lobbies, elevators, lounges, public restrooms, laundry room, dining areas, etc.

• Stocks cleaning carts appropriately and notifies supervisor of low supplies.

• Properly stores equipment, tools and supplies.

• Reports any repairs, mechanical or equipment needs to supervisor.

• Cleans/vacuums upholstered furniture as needed.

• Dusts window skills, blind, vents, furniture and ledges.

• Inspects furnishing and fixtures reporting needed repairs to supervisor.

• Cleans up spills as they occur to reduce damage.

• Restocks public bathroom supplies.

• Sweeps, mops or vacuums floors.

• Empties trash and relines wastebasket.

• Cleans, sanitizes and polishes sinks, vanity tops, tubs, shower walls, shower curtain, rails, fixtures and mirrors.

• Remakes bed (using residents’ linen when provided), and removes dirty linen to be laundered.

• Laundry

• Spot cleans or shampoos carpet.

Skills

· Proven working experience in relevant field

· Ability to work independently and remain motivated

· Prioritization and time management skills

· Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail

· Knowledge of English language

· Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
