Position Responsibilities Provide virtual speech-language therapy to students in a school-based setting Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings Deliver engaging, student-centered therapy through a secure teletherapy platform Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA CCC-SLP preferred/required Virginia SLP license or eligibility Virginia school credential/certification as required Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication and technology skills Ability to work independently in a virtual environment Why Soliant? ???? 100% remote school-based opportunity ????
