As part of a dedicated team of five SLPs, you’ll deliver both therapy and evaluations across manageable caseloads, ensuring personalized and impactful care for every student you serve.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active ASHA CCC required
• Current Alabama SLP Educator Certification, or eligibility to obtain (start with pending status allowed)
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP role preferred
• Strong assessment and therapy planning skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
• Capacity to manage a caseload of up to 60 students across multiple campuses
• Commitment to providing services onsite (voco/remote not available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
• Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
• Maintain detailed documentation and uphold all district and state compliance standards
• Rotate between up to three campuses in a split assignment, contributing to consistently high-quality support at each site
