Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join a small team focused on custom fabrication and manufacturing production. The ideal candidate will perform welding and metal fabrication tasks while strictly adhering to safety and quality standards. This role does not involve supervisory duties or travel and requires a detail-oriented professional comfortable working collaboratively on diverse projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform welding and metal fabrication tasks according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards
- Prepare materials and set up equipment for welding operations
- Conduct weld testing and quality inspection
- Maintain safety compliance at all times
- Collaborate effectively with team members
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of welding experience
- Proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience in metal fabrication
- Knowledge of safety procedures and quality inspection methods
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated teamwork skills
