AT A GLANCE Location: Aztec, NM — in-office at our Factory Office Schedule: Full-time, hybrid (3 days/week in office); Work Remotely 2 Days Compensation: $50,000–$62,000/year, depending on experience Structure: Hourly during 90-day probationary period, then Salary Offering Based on Performance Reports to: Leadership / works closely with the Factory Manager & Site Supervisors ABOUT TRINITY BUILDING SYSTEMS Trinity Building Systems builds custom homes, cabins, shops, and barns nationwide using our proprietary SWIFTPanel™ System — a 100% thermally broken, prefabricated panel system that starts at R-24, well above the R-21 code benchmark. We are headquartered in Aztec, New Mexico, and we are growing fast. We treat our clients like family and we are honest about our process and our pricing. As we scale, we are building the systems and the team that will carry us into our next chapter — and this role is right at the center of that. THE ROLE We are looking for an organized, detail-driven Document Control Coordinator to own the documentation and coordination backbone of every project we build. You will help keep our projects on schedule, keep our paperwork airtight, and serve as a key connection point between our clients, our vendors and subcontractors, and our factory team. This is a build-it-with-us role. You will help us create project timelines and documentation processes that are repeatable and scalable — the kind of systems a growing company runs on. If you like bringing order to fast-moving work and want an opportunity to not only share your big-organizational ideas but implement them as well, you're exactly what we're looking for. WHAT YOU'LL DO Documentation & Daily Logs - Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily logs for each active project. - Own project documentation end to end — keeping records organized, current, and easy to find. - Maintain up-to-date records for every vendor, supplier, and subcontractor — insurance certificates, liability waivers, and all other legal and compliance requirements. - Flag expiring or missing documents before they become a problem. - Help connect the clients we general-contract for with vendors and suppliers to gather pricing options and proposals. - Keep clear records of quotes, proposals, and selections for each project. Scheduling & Timelines - Work closely with the Factory Manager to oversee timelines and keep each project on schedule. - Help build out project timelines that are replicable and scalable across future projects. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Exceptionally organized. You keep many moving pieces straight and nothing slips through the cracks. Detail-oriented with documents. Comfortable tracking compliance paperwork, insurance, and contracts with accuracy. A clear communicator. You can coordinate confidently between clients, vendors, subs, and our internal team. Process-minded. You like creating repeatable systems, not just doing one-off tasks. Locally based. Living in or near Aztec, NM and able to work from our Factory Office at least 3 days a week. Preferable Experience: Construction, general contracting, project coordination, document control, or administrative/operations work is a strong plus — but the right attitude and organizational skill matter most. Experience using BuilderTrend, Hubspot & Microsoft 365. Familiarity with AI Systems such as Claude, Manus, and others is a plus. This Job Is for You if... You enjoy being part of a team and contributing your ideas in concrete ways — and you're not afraid to champion those ideas to help the company grow. You feel rewarded when your coworkers and management recognize your dedication. You like learning new software and technology that make your work easier, even when there's a learning curve at the start. You enjoy getting to know the people you work with — not just who they are, but how they communicate — and you find real satisfaction in breaking down communication barriers so the whole company can thrive. You're driven by more than a paycheck; you have a genuine sense of service and a desire to make a positive impact on those around you. You don't shy away from growth, personally or professionally, even when it feels uncomfortable. And you like being someone others can count on — because you are. GROWTH PATH This role is designed to grow. You will start as our Document Control Coordinator and — as the company scales and you take on more scope — there is a clear path to a Project Manager title and expanded responsibility if you desire. We would rather grow a great person into the role than fill a seat. WHY JOIN US NOW We will be straight with you, because that is how we operate. We are an established company in a fast growth phase, which means two things: The opportunity is real. You will help build the documentation and scheduling systems this company runs on. Your work will be visible and apparent throughout the growth of the company. This is a ground-floor seat as we scale. We are still building the benefits side. We do not yet offer a full benefits or retirement package. Both are priorities we are actively working to put in place, with the goal of doing so before the end of the year. In the meantime, we offer a competitive salary, a flexible hybrid schedule, and the chance to grow with us. If you want to be part of building something — and grow your own role as the company grows — this is a great place to do it. Trinity Building Systems is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
