Customer Engagement Associate

Providing exceptional service and support, the full-time Customer Engagement & Sales Support Associate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with sales-related tasks in a fast-paced Customer Engagement Center, with some remote work and up to 10% in-office attendance required for training and meetings. Key responsibilities Receive inbound calls from customers and provide accurate product and service information Assist customers with billing issues, including making outbound calls and notating accounts in CRM Collaborate with market employees to ensure a smooth customer experience and address customer concerns Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required 1 year of retail or Customer Engagement Center/Call Center experience is preferred Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools Personable and professional phone demeanor Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple screens efficiently
