Armleder Campus Instructional Aide

Job Title: Instructional Aide - Armleder Campus (Grade 1 or Grades 2 and 3) Employment Status: Hourly Part Time Non-Exempt Reports to: Principal, Armleder Campus Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (with 1/2 hour lunch break) Job Summary: Act in support of the classroom teacher in preparing materials, working with students, and classroom management. Job Responsibilities: Develop students' interests, abilities, gifts, and skills in the classroom and afterschool programming Work collaboratively with staff and leadership, maintaining a positive attitude, supportive of the CHCA mission Qualifications: An experienced, creative, innovative, and compassionate leader who is committed to working with 1st grade students and staff Bachelor's degree, preferred Experience working with children, required Must be a believing Christian who is comfortable in a denominationally diverse Christian community Will need to obtain a current ODE Educational Aide Permit.
