Poly Operator

We are seeking a reliable and safetyfocused Person to join our production team. The ideal candidate will help operate machinery, maintain product quality, and support smooth production flow. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery to manufacture highquality products.

• Follow all proper procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.

• Inspect products for quality, integrity, and consistency.

• Provide clear feedback to management regarding product quality or equipment concerns.

• Understand and follow verbal and written directions.

• Utilize knowledge of production equipment and workplace safety practices.

• Apply common sense and sound judgment in a variety of situations.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and support smooth shift transitions.

• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production equipment.

• Teamoriented mindset with good communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.

• Commitment to safety and quality.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Basic knowledge of hand tools for minor equipment repairs.

• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and reach above/below shoulder height.

• Comfortable climbing and standing on ladders for repairs and machine changeovers.
