A law firm seeks a Corporate Finance Attorney with over six years of experience to join their debt finance section in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in representing lenders and borrowers in complex debt financing transactions. Duties Negotiate and draft credit agreements, commitment letters, and security documents. Prepare issues lists, term sheets, intercreditor agreements, and legal opinions. Lead due diligence teams and coordinate with specialists. Manage matters with minimal supervision. Requirements Over six years of experience in debt financing transactions. Excellent academic performance and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Education Juris Doctor (JD) required. Certifications Bar admission in good standing. Skills Strong negotiation and drafting skills. Proven leadership in due diligence processes. Effective coordination with legal specialists. Benefits Medical, dental, and life insurance.
