Corporate Attorney Opportunities
I am currently seeking Corporate Attorneys in the Los Angeles area for multiple firms. Each opportunity is unique, but the firms are offering incredible opportunities for varied experience levels from junior associates to mid-senior levels. Please reach out today to learn more.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience with corporate matters
- M & A transactions on both the buy and sell side
- Negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, executive agreements
- Stock and asset purchases and recapitalizations
- Big law training is a plus
