The Senior Manager, Website Strategy & Experience - FordPro.com is the website leader accountable for setting and championing the near and long-term strategic vision, roadmap, and business case for the FordPro.com website as Ford Pro's most critical always-on commercial digital storefront. This leader translates marketing and Ford Pro business strategy into a multi-year digital experience vision, sets the bar for how the site evolves to serve commercial and fleet customers across every segment, and builds the organizational capability, team, and stakeholder alignment required to execute against it. Reporting into US Marketing Communications, this role owns the strategic 'why' and 'where next' for FordPro.com, while leading and developing the team responsible for day-to-day execution, optimization, and merchandising. Own FordPro.com Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Define and continuously evolve the multi-year strategic vision for FordPro.com, aligning the digital experience strategy to Ford Pro\'s broader commercial business goals, customer segment priorities, and competitive landscape. Translate that vision into a prioritized, resourced roadmap owned by the team. Executive Stakeholder Leadership & Alignment: Serve as the primary voice and advocate for FordPro\'s.com digital strategy with senior leadership across Ford Pro, Marketing and Enterprise Technology—building consensus, securing investment, and reporting on business impact and ROI at the executive level. Team Leadership & Talent Development: Build, lead, mentor, and grow the website strategy and experience team, ensuring clear accountability, career development, and a high-performance culture. Business Case & Investment Ownership: Own the budget, prioritization framework, and business case development for major website journeys (informing platform capabilities, martech tooling, personalization/AI initiatives, major experience redesigns), balancing near-term optimization with long-term experience evolution. Portfolio & Ecosystem Strategy: Set the strategic framework for how FordPro.com represents and integrates the full Ford Pro commercial ecosystem—Vehicles, Software/Telematics, Charging, Service, and Financing—ensuring the website strategy scales as new products and segments are added. Digital Experience Governance & Standards: Establish the vision and governing principles for customer journey design (Shop, Buy, Own), personalization, accessibility, SEO, and merchandising, ensuring the team executes against a consistent, high-quality standard. Performance Accountability: Define the KPIs and success metrics that matter most at the leadership level (brand awareness, funnel conversion, lead quality, revenue/ROI, customer satisfaction, platform health) and hold the team accountable to them—while using data to inform strategic pivots, not just tactical optimization. Change Leadership & Innovation: Proactively scan the competitive, technology, and customer landscape (e-commerce trends, AI/personalization, commercial B2B buying behavior) to identify where FordPro.com should lead or evolve next and build organizational buy-in for change. Cross-Functional & Agency Governance: Set the operating model and governance for how internal teams and external agency partners collaborate, ensuring roadmaps, backlogs, and milestones stay aligned to strategic priorities and business outcomes. You\'ll have... Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience 8+ years of progressive experience in digital web strategy with significant experience within complex enterprise environments, including people leadership managing digital/web teams. Automotive experience Proven experience setting and successfully executing a multi-year digital strategy and roadmap, including building business cases and securing executive-level investment. Strong strategic and working knowledge of enterprise martech ecosystems (Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce), sufficient to guide platform strategy and evaluate tradeoffs, even if not hands-on daily. Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing digital teams, including managers/leads responsible for execution. Deep understanding of digital customer journey strategy (Shop, Buy, Own), conversion optimization, and digital merchandising across complex, multi-product portfolios. Working knowledge of commercial fleet segments (SMB, Regional/Vocational, Enterprise, Municipal/Government) and how their needs shape digital strategy. Strong executive presence and communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing). Analytical and financially literate, able to translate performance data and market trends into strategic recommendations and resourcing decisions. Even better, you may have... Commercial automotive, fleet management, B2B SaaS, or commercial equipment industry experience at a strategic/leadership level. Experience leading digital transformation or major platform/replatforming initiatives. Experience building or scaling a digital website organization from the ground up. This position is leadership level 5 and ranges from $141,700-$268,300. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate\'s skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
