Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency. Review existing policies to ensure clients have appropriate coverage and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling relevant products. Assist clients in the claims process, offering guidance and support through every step. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system. Stay informed about new insurance products, industry trends, and state regulations to better serve clients. Requirements Requirements 2 years previous experience in personal lines insurance, customer service or account management preferred. Strong understanding of personal insurance products, including home, auto, umbrella, and related coverages. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment. Proficiency with agency management systems, carrier websites, and standard office software. Active Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
